Ana Isabel González-Tablas Ferreres is Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain. She obtained a B.Sc. on Telecommunications Engineering in 1999 from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a Ph.D. on Computer Science and Technology in 2005 from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She has been researching and teaching at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid since 1999.
Her current research focuses on cybersecurity education, ranging from upper secondary education to long-life education. Her current research also addresses empowering users to manage and control the security and privacy of their data and devices.
