Short bio
Mohammed is a PhD student in the COSEC group working under the supervision of Dr. Juan Tapiador since November 2014. He obtained a master’s in Telematics Engineering from the same university just before joining the COSEC group. He was advised by both Dr. Juan Tapiador and Dr. Andres MarĂn Lopez in his master thesis titled ‘Random Number Generation using Galvanic Skin Response’. He previously worked as a telecom engineer as well as a junior researcher in the optics field.
Research
His research interests are centered around Mobile Security, peer to peer networks, Security and privacy, and security in cyberphysical systems. He is currently working on Android security.
